Word Wrap

I'm having a problem trying to set up our letterhead in Word 2000. 1st 2
lines are centered. Next 2 lines are justified:

Address
phone #
City state zip
fax#

They are supposed to go from margin to margin. 3rd line is right justified
(email address).

The 2nd line that is full justification won't stay that way. I can type it
in and then save it and when I open it, it's changed. Either the line has
gotten shorter so that it doesn't go all the way to the right margin, or
it's spaced out like this:

City State
Zip
Fax#

When I try to change it, there is only 1 space between city and state, and
then 1 before the zip. It's change the spaces so that the state
abbreviation is in the middle of the page. I can't make that go back to the
right way. The fax#, which is supposed to be at the right edge of the page,
under the phone#, is on the next line.

Any ideas how to fix the formatting? Thanks.

Hi Kathryn

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you want or how you are trying to
achieve it, but it seems to me you would do best laying this out with a
borderless table.
