B Beth Rosengard Apr 2, 2004 #2 Hi Damon, There are several possibilities. Did you repair permissions after updating? Go to Macintosh HD/Applications/Utilities. Open up Disk Utility. Select your hard disk, then click the First Aid tab. Click the button to "Repair Disk Permissions". Perhaps the most common cause of this though is Extensis Suitcase.
