Word XP: create flush right with dot leaders for Table of Content

I am making a table of Contents. I cannot line up the numbers on the right
side after I make the connecting dots after the titles of the left side. How
is this accomplished?

Contents feature in Word to create your table of contents, or are you
creating it manually?
