Hi, my client found a tools call Insert Multidiagonal Cell
under the tool menu of Word XP but they can not use it.
The tools will enable after a table was created. I did
try it in and chinese (taiwan) Windows XP or Windows 2000
with chinese (taiwan) Office XP, it is no problem
encounter. But when I change the regional setting of the
OS other than taiwan, the tools will not work. Did anyone
have the same problem? Please help.
