Word XP Org Chart Backwards on Open

Tristan

I have a problem with a document one of our users created in Word XP at another location. It includes an org chart object. When opened in Word 2000 it opens fine, but when opened in Word XP by another user, the org chart in the document is flipped backwards, ie., a complete mirror image (backwards letters, etc.), and it also prints this way. Has anyone seen this? Is there a way to flip it back, or is there a fix for this problem?
Appreciate any input.
Thanks.

Hi Tristan,

This issue was corrected in Office XP SP-2.

You can use the Office Product Updates site and use the Scan utility
to find any needed updates:

Or you can download the patches manually. Here is some info on how to

Thank you for your prompt reply. Just to clarify, is the issue with the
pc that created the document, needing the service pack, or with the pc
that is attempting to read the document?
Thanks,
Tristan
