I have office xp professional installed. I am running xp
o.s. When I open up word, the program opens up as
normal, stays for about 6-10 seconds and then I get an
apology saying word has to shut down. I have tried to
reinstall office numerous times with no changes.
PowerPoint, etc. work fine. Just "word" will not stay up.
