Use Windows Search to find penusa.dll. Right-click the file and choose
Properties. If there's a version tab, you can probably get more information
about what application installed this add-in/library. I suspect it has to do
with the Ink capabilities of the Tablet PC interface or Handwriting
Recognition in Office. Terry Farrell offered the following advice to another
user (which apparently worked):
Try running Office Setup (Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs,
select Change) and go to Advanced tab and select the Office Shared Features,
Alternative Inputs. Click on OK and Setup will remove the options. Reboot
and see if that resolves the problem.
