If you go to Windows Explorer (a shortcut is the Windows
emblem key and the "E" key at the same time), and then do
a search for all files and folders - type
in "winword.exe" - and in the "look in" box, make sure it
is looking in the "C" drive - you should find it IF it is
there. If it is NOT found, then it is NOT installed on
that computer. Word DOES NOT automatically come with a
computer.
