Hi All-
this is my first post-so if I do anything wrong please
let me know
I am trying to get help from microsoft online, (I
registered) with my word...it asks me to type in my
product id-and I do, then it tells me it is invalid..am I
supposed to register the office 97 online or something?
I am having a big problem with "word" I can't get rid of
a document..that I don't think I saved..when ever I try
to open a new document, the other one is there, I can
press "new" 100 times, and the other document shows up
If anyone can help, I would be most grateful
