With that ? bullet on your screen, go to Format, Bullets &
Numbering and see what bullet it might be attempting to
insert. You can choose which one you want or you can
click customize to get a different one.

I didn't klnow you can format bullets. thanks

Possibly the font being used for the bullet is not installed?
