How do I move a text box but in small increments. When I use the arrows or click and drag, it jumps quite far and is difficult to align with other text boxes.

If you have an extended keyboard or one with the arrow keys; you can
adjust in very small increments if the text box is selected, with the
arrow keys just hit desired key and should move ever so much. the
desired direction.

Hold the Option Key while nudging with the arrow keys in order to move the
object in smaller increments.
