Do you have Track Changes on? How thick is the line - is it like a strikeout
or does it completely obscure the text?

Please give less terse descriptions of the porblem, and always include your
Word and Windows versions.

Hi Jenny,

Typically this problem is due to your graphic settings. The most
common cause is that your color depth is set to 16 colors.
