I'm using a Windows 98 operating system. I have Microsoft
Office Professional Installed on the PC. When entering
Microsoft Word or retrieving a Word Document from My
Documents I'm receiving the following Error Messages:
1. Msgsrv32
This program has performed an illegal operation and
will be shut down.
2. Winword
This program has performed an illegal operation and
will be shut down.
When I click the details button it says the following:
Msgsrv32/Winword caused a general protection fault in
module USER.EXE.
Can anyone offer a solution to this problem. It would be
greatly appreciated. Thank you in advanced.
