Word2000 tool bar problem

A colleague's Word 2000 format toolbar has suddenly sprouted 3 extra
"font size" drop down boxes (making 4 in all) How can he get back to the
normal one?

Open Tools | Customize and drag the extra ones off. But I'd be willing to be
they will continue to multiply because a poorly written add-in is probably
adding one at startup.
