Word97 (SR-2) & Word 2002 (SP-2) Format

I have created a word document that was created using
Word97 and have open the document in Word 2002 and the
formatting is different in Word 2002 (I now have a four
page document and in Word97 its a 3 page document which
is correct).

I have compared the page setting and font type in Word97
and Word 2002 and they are the same. Is there something
else I should be looking at?
