When I use wordart the fonts are gray and white no matter what color I chose. Can someone tell me how to change this behavior

It depends on the Word Art you are using, there is Gray & White fill Word
Art, try one that you see with a different color. Also, right click the Word
Art and choose Format WordArt, on the Format Word Art dialogue under the
"Color & Lines" Tab, under the "Fill" sub heading choose the fill you want,
there is also more options for colors and fill effects.

I have try all those. In formating it shows color but the
lettering still comes out white and gray
