wordmail no longer works after adding a new userproperty

hello all,
i have a vba macro that adds a userproperty to messages if
they contain text. i have found that the messages i have
added userproperties to no longer use word as teh email
editor for replies, even though it works for messages i
have not added the userproperty to.

has anyone else seen this and does anyone have a
workaround/solution?
