Sometimes the oem version that is already on your new
computer has done the "basic" install, which would
exclude the "converters" from word to wp.. so you need
to reinstall wp from your oem cd and choose custom
install and look at all the little options by clicking
the plus sign on each program listed and it will give you
all the details and an explanation. then just make sure
you install what you need or want and you'll be fine.
Also probably should post Office questions under the
office forum... for quicker answers.
