Words absent when articles forwarded,Help!

Having problems with forwarding articles. Instead of the words I get bulets.
Can you tell me what is wrong . Is it my security system. Please respond.

What software are you using? This newsgroup is for the database
program Microsoft Access; it sounds like you should be asking in
either a newsgroup supporting your EMail software or your security
system. I would guess your documents are getting encrypted but not
decrypted.
