Words are Dark , but not bolded??

Hi,
I have an co-worker that when he types something in
outlook 2003 or word 2003, it's extremly dark but it's
really not bolded. Because if you click on text and
actually bold it, it gets darker. Not for sure why it
looks like that. How do I make the text look like regular
text?

Check to see what font the user is using it maybe the particular font.

Hi Paul,
He's using trebuchet, size 11 - The same as everyone in
the company. It's the company standard. I also verified
this in word and outlook. It says "Trebuchet size 11".
Strange...

Is the style formatting set to Normal in Word? This would effect emails in
Outlook if Word is used as the email editor.
