WordXP rendering border on transparent image when printing

MS-Word 2002 (10.6612.6626) SP3 is placing a fine border
around embeded transparent images when view PDF files
printed either directly via Acrobat plugin or via
Postscript file & Acrobat Distiler.

I found MS KB822524 which sounds very similar but applies
to Word 2003. Can someone confirm if this also applies to
Word 2002 ?

KB822524 talks about the Graphics Device Interface Plus
(GDI+), is this a DLL that can be upgraded ?

Help needed urgently, as large number of documents are
affected.

Hi

This fix listed here works only for Standard Edition of Office 2003 what
about proffesional version of office 2003

Anything that works in the Standard edition will work in the Professional
version. The version of Word is exactly the same; the only difference is
that Office Pro includes Access.
