Hi there,
I am a PM, but I like to allow my subordinates to take initiatives and
work on their own projects in parallel with the master project of the
company.
Seems like the only way they can do something like this using only PWA
(no budget for Project Pro for everyone!) is to tell them to create a
To Do list for each of their own initiatives. [Please let me know if
there is any other way other than To Do Lists?]
But the problem with to-do lists is that only the %-complete value of
tasks belonging to them can be set/modified. Is there a way to allow
my subordinates to enter 'Work', 'Actual' and 'Remaining' values for
each task too?
I truely appreciate any help you can provide,
Amir
