I am putting together a simple data base to hold college
course descriptions with other info relative to approval,
etc - Access is new for me - I have just encountered the
255 character limitation on field size - no academic ever
wrote a course description in 255 characters - is there a
work around that will allow me to cut and paste a Word
produced description that exceeds 255 characters into a
field in Access- thanks
