Work at Summary Task Level Displayed in Seconds instead of Hours/Days

MS Project Professional 2003 is displaying all work at the summary
task level in seconds, but displays all work at the individual task
level in days/hours.

This view (summary tasks in seconds) is only visible on one person's
MS Project and does not affect other people's view of the Project.

Is there a way to fix this person's views to reflect hours/days at the
summary task level?

Hi,
Have tried:

Tools / Options / Schedule / Work is entered in: days.

Hope this helps,

PS : Project never displays work in seconds. The only available units are:
Minutes, hours, Days, Weeks, Months

We have set his work entered in to days and even hours (minutes is not
an option), but the time stays in seconds.

As Gerard points out, it's a theoretical impossibility, however anything can
happen if a software installation becomes corrupt. After all, Project does
store all time in seconds! So, I would try running a repair Project from
Control Panel > Add Remove Programs, or simply uninstall and reinstall
altogether.

After uninstalling and reinstalling we are still having the same
problem - the summary level work is still displayed in seconds. Any
other suggestions?
