Work Bookmarks Problem

Anatoly Kurilin

Hi, I am an Access programmer and successfully use Word bookmarks to put
information into Microsoft Word docuemnts through its bookmarks.
But sometime its bookmarks behave in a very strang way: they cut text length
over about 250 characters.

Does anybody ran into that phenomenon?

Thanks in advance,
AK

Sounds like the limit is being imposed in Access rather than in Word.
Is the text originating from a Text field in a table (255 char limit
here). Just to give you some confidence that you are on the right
track - you can definitely transfer more than 255 chars from an Access
Memo field to Word - it's been done before.
