Work Offline

David French

I have Office 2003 installed and Outlook 2003 is not playing nice with
Offline folders.
I can't find any of the options that Help tells me to work with...like
File - Work Offline.

Anyone have any ideas??

My actual issue is that if I'm disconnected I do not see any of my recent
mail. I see mail that is VERY old.
I do not see how to syncronize NOR do I see how to set up the syncronization
of the Outlook folders.

The Help system tells me to click File - Work Offline to start doing the
configuration of the offline folders in Outlook 2003.
That command is NOT on the File menu.
I knew where everything was in 2000 and XP Office versions. I'm still
exploring the world of Office 2003.

Are you using cached mode, or an OST file?
