Can I set a different curve of work like Gauss curve for work assigned to a
resource?
and how can I do that?

Switch to one of the usage views to show assignments (Task Usage or Resource
Usage).
Double-click on one of the assignment rows to show the Assignment
Information dialog box.
Select the appropriate Work Contour. The default value is flat.
