I am running into the following problem on MS Project
Server 2002. I have a user who is trying to level his
plan (Plan A). He has a resource that is in another plan
(Plan Z). The aggregate value for Work in Plan Z for that
resources is 523 hours (which is incorrect). If he opens
Plan Z simultaneously with Plan A the hours fall to 0 for
Plan Z (which is correct). I have seen this before and
the "fix" has always been to open all the applicable
plans. We have a lot of overlapping resources and this
may not be practical in the near future. Any help is
greatly appreciated.
