I've searched the archives and cannot find an answer to this... Using Outlook
2003

My work day is from 7-3, let's say. Is there a way that I can set it up
that people who invite me to a meeting will see that my work day stops at 3?
The only work around I have found is to set up a recurring daily appointment
from 3 to 5?

Any other thougths would be appreciated.
Thanks for your time.

I don't believe that's possible. When people open the Scheduling tab when
creating the meeting invitaton, they'll see a time grid that corresponds to
their _own_ work day. Unless you've added something to your calendar that
marks the time busy or out of office, they'll never know.

You can block your time from 3pm to 6pm with a recurring appointment every
weekday so that don't invite you to meetings after you have gone home. This
also wroks if you don't work Wednesday afternoon for example, you make a
recurring meeting for every Wednesday afternoon so your Calendar is Busy.
