workaround enabling the Macro Settings...permanently?

Is there any workaround enabling the Macro Settings...permanently? (I'm
opening home grown applications, and not from any other sources.) I opened
the Trust Center ---> Macro Settings ... but I couldn't select the Enable all
macros button. All selections are disabled.
