workbook.xls:2

I accidentally clicked on something while working on my file and when I
clicked on the Window menu, it shows two workbooks, workbook.xls:1 and
workbook.xls:2.

How did it happened and how can I get it back to normal?

You have 2 windows of the same file open, click the x for the workbook to
close one window or easier
press ctrl + F4 and then save the file

Thanks Peo, that's a big solution for me, just cant find it in Help menu.
