workday formula

I am trying to writte a simple formula for workdays. =workdays(datevalue("1/28/2004"),3,holidays)
I keep getting #NAME
I don't know what I am doing wrong in the formula. I try using the Past Function key, but it does not display WORKDAYS.

Try WORKDAY in the singular.
