Workflow for Proposals

[Jim Sipe]

Using 2007; Have created a new proposal and published it, Workflow is active
in Site Settings, I have Admin permissions, We have MOSS installed and have
been using Workflow for approvals of documents.

How do I submit a Proposal from PWA 2007 to a Workflow for review and
approval?
