Workgroup File - Creator and Engine Users?

I looked at the list of users in my workgroup file, and was surprised to see
2 users I had not created: Engine and Creator. These users are not assigned
to any groups, but I wonder if these are supposed to be there, like they come
standard with all workgroup files?

Yes they are supposed to be there. You'll see that they own some of the
MSys objects.
