An Access97 MDW file that works well in 98/NT environment
doesn't let you in on a W2K/XP machine (with Access97
installed). You don't have permissions to open a secured
database, although you can join in the workgroup
normally. The .mdw is used over LAN from an NT computer.
Is it about compatibility?
