I have created the Workgroup information file. I made
different groups with different levels of permissions. I
was not sure how to add individuals into the groups. So,
I have been using the workgroup administrator to have the
individuals join the workgroup information file and then
told them the proper logon information for the
permissions that I want them to have.
My question is: by doing this, have I made it to where
whenever they enter any Access database, their
permissions are derived from the workgroup information
file that I have created? Because there are several
different types of databases here and some people even
create their own for work and I don't want them to be
tied down to the permissions for this one database. If
this is the case, how do I go about fixing it?
Thanks for any help!
