Workgroup Templates location

Is there some way to change the File Locations for Group Templates and Local
Templates using VBA?

Is this what you mean:
Options.DefaultFilePath (wdUserTemplatesPath)
Options.DefaultFilePath (wdWorkgroupTemplatesPath)

Yes. Tools > Options > File Locations

Sorry, didn't notice you were asking for a vba solution. (duh!)

You could try recording a macro setting these and modify it to fit.
Something like:

Sub ResetLocationsMacro()

Dim strWorkgroup as String
Dim strUser as String

strUser = "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Templates\"
strWorkgroup = "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Shared
Templates\"

Options.DefaultFilePath(Path:=wdUserTemplatesPath) = strUser
Options.DefaultFilePath(Path:=wdWorkgroupTemplatesPath) = strWorkgroup

end Sub
