Working days in Project View on PWA

Dear all,

the column duration is shown differently in project client than in
project web access.
Within Project Professional it shows the working days of the task or
summary task, etc. and within Project Server Web Access the complete
duration is shown.

How can I change this? I cannot find the column or data field
,,working days" for this view (within project views on PWA)

Hi Thomas,

PWA views will only display duration in days. You are not able to change it.
What I have done in the past ( a little work arround ) is created a custom
field where I calcualted the hours or weeks ( depending what you want to see
in the duration).
The reason why you can see duration in a different format in MS Project
Professional is because it gives you this function in MS Project ( under
options)

The only way is working with custom fields Thomas. Its not the most elegant
way, but it works
