Working on remote server but want to work on local PC? How to do this and/or convert?

I have a 'baby" site called www.hopkinsaviation.com that I would like to
make some changes too. Currently, in my FrontPage 2002, I am working with
the live site on the remote host. That is, if I make a change and save it,
it is saved directly to the remote hosting service. Somehow I don't get to
"publish" changes made on my Windows XP Pro PC, and saved to my local disk,
to the remote hosting service. I would rather keep my site on my PC until I
have something meaningful to put up, and then publish from my PC to my
hosting service. How can "download" stuff from my remote sites to my PC and
then "publish" changes back to my remote sites with FrontPage 2002?

Yes, I know there is almost nothing at www.hopkinsaviation.com but I have
other sites where there is much more material to deal with that I want to
work on locally.

If your site is using the FP extensions, logon live to your site
and publish down to your PC.

Many thanks to both Wes and Stefan for their replies to my query. This is
just the sort of info I was hoping for.
