Working with 2 workbook

i have problem with excell, i work with 2 workbook, i use
ALT+TAB to switch between them, but its always take a
long time to switch, at last the program not responding
and it need to end the task from task manager :(
Anyone could help me please? Thanks before :)

Use Ctrl + F6 to switch between workbooks
I doubt it will help with the program not responding though..
