Working with Access and Excel

I've worked with Excel for several years, but I am a complete novice to
Access. Anyway, I have a large amount of data in an Excel 2003 worksheet that
I want to use in Access 2003. I guess I want to take the data i the Excel
worksheet and convert it to an Access database table. How do I do this?
