working with office 2003

I have excel files which were created using office 2000. Now that I have
office 2003, it does not run any macro codes which were done in office 2000.
Can anybody shead a light on why??? and how I can get around this?

Perhaps post to an excel specific ms group.

FWIW when I upgraded, 2000>2003 I had to modify my access coded db, as not
all the code would run due to differences between the two. It was a
relatively easy process.

Many thanks, the problem was that VB was not loaded on 2003. Silly me I
thought it would come with the programme!!!
