Working with Stencils

I am creating an org chart that requires a number of boxes of different sizes
and shapes. My problem is that, once I change the size of the box (i.e., a
manager box), I can't copy it and retain the same size (it always refers back
to the original size of a manager box). Also, the text in the box always
includes an extra carriage return on the bottom line, so text is always
positioned higher than it should be. Is there a way to avoid these issues?

The Organization Chart add-on tries to enfore shape size. You can modify
the size by going to the Organization Chart menu and choosing Options, but I
don't know if you can get multiple sizes to work. I have not heard about an
extra carriage return before.
