Working with tables

Can anyone point me to a website that can give some good advise to working
with tables?
I try to create a new page with FP 2002 and I want to have everything lined
up nicely with text under thumbnails but damned front page just wont seem to
let me do it properly. It is very annoying as I want everything to be
centered
