Works 7.0 update options

I require Office Small Business 2003 or Office
Professional 2003 for the bundled features avaiable in
either.

Having Works 7.0 Full version on my system, can I use
either Office "update" version or will a full version be
required to have complete install?

The only, REPEAT only difference between an upgrade version and a full
version of Office 2003 {retail} is that the upgrade version requires a
qualifying product such as Works 7.

However, there are significant differences in the Office applications
included in the Small Business Edition and the Professional Edition.
