I'm trying to launch MS Works 8.5 Task Launcher, and also to open existing
Works databases, and get the error message that "the application has failed
to start because HtmlLite.dll was not found. Re-installing teh application
may fix this problem." This is OEM software (installed at the factory), so I
don't have the installation software.
I have tried to follow the instructions on how to repair the software using
the "Install, Uninstall, Change" software in Control Panel as suggested in a
"help" solution, but can't access the "repair" part of it - only
uninstall/change.
I don't want to have to resort to recovery discs as I have additional
software that will have to be reinstalled. mail messages to backup, etc.
I've also tried to find a download in Microsoft's web site - no luck.
Can anyone help??
