Works & Money trial will not convert

Purchased HP XP. Could only use Works & Money if trial version activated. Now
Works does not allow me to use it after expiration of trial version. When
computer purchased was told Works was already loaded & would work after
trial. What is the problem?

The computer was furnished with trial software. If you were promised full
versions, take it up with HP.
