In reply to the original request of being able to see a history or
audit trail of changes and who suggested them then Workshare
(producers of DeltaView) have a product call Workshare 3 which does
exactly that!
It provides the ability to keep track of all changes from multiple
people across all versions of a document and allows changes to be
accepted or rejected. It also has tight DMS integration and is based
on the accuracy of DeltaView comparison technology. It differs from
Word Track Changes by keeping all suggested changes outside of the
document.
