Thank You but this also did not work. The fields are formated as numbe
fields with no decimal positions.
Example of what I am trying to do: (A = Inventory Sold to Date,B = Ne
Inventory sold)

A B
1 0 2
2 1 1
3 2 1

Should total as follows second day:

A B
1 2 1
2 2 2
3 3 1

sorry, i'm confused ... where does =G3+I3 (as per the original post) come
into it?
and i'm not sure how your workbook is set up ... do you want A1, originally
with 0 to be REPLACED with the addition of A1 & B1 when you open up the
workbook on the next day? or is each day on a separate sheet and you want
the total of Sheet1 A1 & B1 to feed into Sheet 2's A1 ... and then that with
B1 to feed into Sheet 3's A1 etc ...
