Worksheet disappearing

I have a multi sheet workbook protected and shared on our server. I have
removed the delete worksheet option however every now and then, multiple
pages just disappear.

The worksheets are not hidden but when I try to track changes to see when
the error occurs, Excel crashes.

Please help...
